It helps if you tell us which device you are using and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Your account

Open Settings in the app to change your password, export your data or delete your account.

• Change Password sets a new password for your account.
• Export my data gives you a copy of the data on your device and, if you are signed in, your account data.
• Delete Account removes your account. Read the confirmation carefully, because this cannot be undone.

Other users

If another user is bothering you, you can block them. Blocking also stops them challenging you to a battle or inviting you to collaborate. If you want to report something, email us with enough detail that we can find it.
